Where and when is the 2025 GHAPP Conference?

The 2025 GHAPP Conference will be held Thursday, September 4th, 2025 - Saturday, September 6th, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV. All conference events will take place inside The Red Rock Resort & Spa located at 11011 W Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, NV 89135.

Where should I stay during the 2025 GHAPP Conference?

A limited quantity of rooms have been reserved at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The discounted rate is $179.00 (Wed & Thurs) & ($259 Fri & Sat) plus taxes, fees and a $30 resort fee. Space is limited in our room block- don't delay! The discounted rate will only be available until Wednesday, August 15th, but rooms can sell out before then if the room block fills up. To book a room, click here! How much does it cost to register?

What is included in the registration fee?

Faculty, NP/PA & Student Registration: (Conference Admission, Plenary & Workshop Sessions, All meals offered during the conference including Welcome Reception & Reception for first-time attendees)
Industry Representative Registration: (Conference Admission, Plenary Sessions, All meals offered during the conference including Welcome Reception) *Please note, industry-employed healthcare providers are not permitted to register or attend the conference unless sponsoring the meeting. Registrants must be active healthcare providers in a community or academic setting.

Travel costs are NOT included in the conference. Conference attendees will have to arrange and cover their own travel expenses. Boot Camp fees are also not included in the registration fee.

How many credits can I potentially earn at this conference?

You can potentially earn up to 18.5 AANC Contact Hours & AAPA credits for the entire conference plus boot camps & inpatient summits. The total number of credits is dependent on your attendance at the plenary and workshop sessions.

Can I bring a guest to the conference?

Unfortunately, no guests will be allowed at the conference.

I am traveling with a group. Can we receive a discount?

Yes. For groups of NPs and PAs, we offer a group discount of Buy 1, get 1 at 50%. Upon registration, register all names together and the discount will be applied during checkout.
