Where and when is the 2026 GHAPP Conference?
The 2026 GHAPP Conference will be held Thursday, October 1st, 2026 - Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 in Chula Vista, CA. All conference events will take place inside The Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center located at 1000 H Street in Chula Vista, CA 91910.
Where should I stay during the 2026 GHAPP Conference?
A limited quantity of rooms have been reserved at The Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. The discounted rate is $325.00 plus taxes, fees and a $40 daily resort fee. Space is limited in our room block- don't delay! The discounted rate will only be available until Wednesday, September 9th, but rooms can sell out before then if the room block fills up. How much does it cost to register?

What is included in the registration fee?

Faculty, NP/PA & Student Registration: (Conference Admission, Plenary & Workshop Sessions, All meals offered during the conference including Welcome Reception & Reception for first-time attendees)

Industry Representative Registration: (Conference Admission, Plenary Sessions, All meals offered during the conference including Welcome Reception) *Please note, industry-employed healthcare providers are not permitted to register or attend the conference unless sponsoring the meeting. Registrants must be active healthcare providers in a community or academic setting.
Travel costs are NOT included in the conference. Conference attendees will have to arrange and cover their own travel expenses. Boot Camp & Inpatient Summit fees are also not included in the registration fee.
Attending more than 1 boot camp? Receive a 20% discount for attending more than 1 boot camp. Discount applied at checkout.
How many credits can I potentially earn at this conference?
In the past, attendees have been able to earn up to 22..25 AANC Contact Hours & AAPA credits for the entire conference & boot camps and inpatient summit. The total number of credits is dependent on your attendance at the plenary and workshop sessions. Credit amount will be listed closer to the date of the conference.
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Unfortunately, no guests will be allowed at the conference.
I am traveling with a group. Can we receive a discount?
Yes. For groups of NPs and PAs, we offer a group discount of Buy 1, get 1 at 50%. Upon registration, register all names together and the discount will be applied during checkout.

I live locally and will be driving to the meeting. Is parking available?
The hotel has its own self and valet parking available. Parking fees are currently $45.00 for Self-Parking and $65.00 for Valet Parking.
Is there virtual conference registration available?
We will not be offering a virtual conference this year. Everything will be live.
