Guest Room Rate is $179 (Wed & Thurs) & $259 (Fri & Sat) plus taxes and fees. A daily resort fee of $30 plus taxes will be charged in addition to the room rate. The daily resort fee includes:

SHUTTLE INFO:

For those staying at the JW Marriott, GHAPP has arranged a complimentary shuttle service to and from Red Rock each day of the conference. Please find the daily shuttle schedule below:

 

Shuttle Schedule:

• Thursday, September 4
  • 9:00 PM – Red Rock to JW Marriott (2 shuttle runs)
  Note: This shuttle departs during the Welcome Reception, which concludes at 9:30 PM.

• Friday, September 5
  • 7:00 AM – JW Marriott to Red Rock (2 shuttle runs)
  • 7:30 PM – Red Rock to JW Marriott (2 shuttle runs)

• Saturday, September 6
  • 7:00 AM – JW Marriott to Red Rock (2 shuttle runs)
  • 5:30 PM – Red Rock to JW Marriott (2 shuttle runs, if needed)

 

Pickup Locations:
Shuttles will pick up guests from both the Spa Tower and the Palms Tower at the JW Marriott.

 

Shuttle Provider:
Transportation will be provided by PSS West Coast.
