*Please note, industry-employed healthcare providers are not permitted to register or attend the conference unless sponsoring the meeting. Registrants must be active healthcare providers in a community or academic setting.
Travel costs are NOT included in the registration fee. Conference attendees will have to arrange and cover travel expenses on their own.
A limited quantity of rooms have been reserved at The Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. The discounted room rate is $325.00 plus taxes, fees and a $40 daily resort fee. Space is limited in our room block- don't delay! The discounted rate will only be available until Wednesday, September 9, 2026, but rooms can sell out before then if our room block becomes filled.
