*Please note, industry-employed healthcare providers are not permitted to register or attend the conference unless sponsoring the meeting. Registrants must be active healthcare providers in a community or academic setting.

Travel costs are NOT included in the registration fee. Conference attendees will have to arrange and cover travel expenses on their own.

A limited quantity of rooms has been reserved at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The discounted room rate is $289.00 plus taxes and fees. Space is limited in our room block- don't delay! The discounted rate will only be available until Friday, August 23, 2024, but rooms can sell out before then if our room block becomes filled.
