*Please note, industry-employed healthcare providers are not permitted to register or attend the conference unless sponsoring the meeting. Registrants must be active healthcare providers in a community or academic setting.
Travel costs are NOT included in the registration fee. Conference attendees will have to arrange and cover travel expenses on their own.
A limited quantity of rooms have been reserved at The Red Rock Resort & Spa. The discounted room rate is $179.00 (Wed & Thurs) & $259 (Fri & Sat) plus taxes and fees. Space is limited in our room block- don't delay! The discounted rate will only be available until Wednesday, August 13, 2025, but rooms can sell out before then if our room block becomes filled.
